September 1999 - April 2001

Studies and project assistance: Three missions to the Democratic Republic of Congo were carried out on behalf German Friedrich Ebert Foundation (FES) in September 1999, September 2000, and April 2001 to analyse the political situation and the possible involvement of the Foundation in the country. In 2001, Daniel Stroux assisted FES with the selection of a Congolese Delegation for a visit to Germany and the realisation of two conferences.
